Our eggs are unwashed in order to preserve the natural bloom on each egg. This protective layer allows for you to display our delicious eggs on your counter, if you so choose, until you are ready to enjoy them. Meka Farm eggs are ungraded and you will notice a variety of sizes and colors - think pink, dark brown, speckled, blue, green, light brown, etc!
