Delicious, homegrown mixed-heritage breed lamb from our farm to your table. We expect finished products of approximately 35-40 pounds per whole share. There is a $250 deposit required, with the balance due at pick up. Prices will be determined at $12 per pound of finished (packaged product) weight.

Shares will be ready mid to late January of 2026. The lambs were born Spring 2025. Due to the USDA butchering facility's scheduling we are bringing lambs in for slaughter on December 22, 2026.

Your share will be available for pick up at the farm on a pre-arranged date once a return time is sent by our butcher.

Product will be in boxes and frozen.

It is up to the customer to ensure that they are able to store at least 40 pounds of product. We recommend no smaller than a 3 (1.5) cubic foot freezer.
