Tucked into Utah's Big Cottonwood Canyon lies Kessler Peak. Over 10,000 feet in elevation, it may have had a slight name change in 2008 (losing an "s") but we kept the name the same as it turns out to be an old family name on my father's side. We liked the hike and the family history so much we named our baby Kessler that same year.
