Our duck eggs are laid during the spring and summer months, sometimes into the autumn depending on the weather.  Duck eggs have larger yolks than chicken eggs and are excellent as a chicken egg subsitute and in baked goods.  Eggs are available in the Egg Shed on a first-come/first-served basis.
