Mutton was the first sheep born on Meka Farm! The fleece is darker than in the photograph, ranging from light cream to silver to black.
 
Our sheepskins are sourced locally from our farm and other local farms. We salt-cure them on-site and then have them processed at Vermont Natural Tannery, a boutique tannery in southern Vermont. VNT is the only all-natural, environmentally-sound, family-safe tannery in the Eastern United States.
